| Trip report by drron | As some know we are currently in WA. It has been a tale of problems. The first plan was for August 2020 which was for the Silo Art trail, some northern wildflower viewing and possibly Margaret river. It wasn't long before those plans fell over. | Q: Where did you go on your last trip? |
A: Cairns, last weekend. First time on a widebody plane since last June!

| Q: Where will you go when the current travel restrictions are lifted? |
A: Tough one, but Hong Kong because I've missed the place massively, UK to visit family, and Chile to replace the Easter Island trip I had finally booked but sadly was cancelled due to COVID.

| Q: Favourite airline? |
A: That's another tough question since so many have highlights, but my favourite all-rounder would probably by Cathay Pacific. I've taken a lot of memorable trips with CX, the service is good, food is good and their lounges at HKG are a definite high point. My personal absolute high point is Emirates First Class though.

| Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member? |
A: Diversify. Don't think you have to necessarily stick to one frequent flyer/hotel program, it can be beneficial to have options. But if you're chasing status, pick one and focus on it!

| Q: Favourite thread on AFF? |
A: Anything in the Trip Reports forum, although if I had to nominate one then I have been following Virgin Bart's trip to Cocos/Christmas Islands most recently.
