| Hotel review by big_RED | We stayed for 5 nights from 28/12/19 - 02/01/20 at the Sheraton Deva Spa & Golf Resort so it was just after Christmas, and over the NYE period. I'd done a lot of research into this resort and the vast majority of reviews online were extremely positive, with an average of 4.5 across all the major travel sites. I booked 2 x Bungalow King rooms for myself and my wife, and a mate and his wife. read more... |

| Q: Most recent trip? |
A: Brisbane to Hargeisa, Somaliland, where I've been working the last year or so. Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and Dubai, then FlyDubai to Hargeisa, on a separate ticket. If you want a nice 'do not travel' destination, Somaliland is the place for you!

| Q: What's still on your bucket list? |
A: Svalbard, Norway. Home is South-east Queensland, work is hot and dusty, and the Arctic is, well, "how cool is that".

| Q: What's one thing you would never travel overseas without? |
A: *Rummages in cabin bag* - Passport. Ticket you can reprint and anything else you forget you can buy another one of when you get there.

| Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member? |
A: Be fair dinkum, but be tolerant of different opinions and always be courteous. It's never inspiring to see a thread descend into a petty dispute over trivia.

| Q: Favourite forum on AFF? |
A: I just love Tiger-bashing threads, but as they're thin on the ground I'd recommend the Cheap International Airfares forum. I love riding in comfort without spending a fortune.
