Q: Where did you go on your last trip? |
A: We did a family trip to Europe at Christmas. We had to go to Rovaniemi, Finland before the "magic" disappears. We spent Christmas Day with family in Germany.
|
Q: Where will you go when the current travel bans are lifted? |
A: We need to get back to Germany as our relatives are in their late 60's and family is so important. We will also try and tick off Scotland and Ireland.
|
Q: Favourite airline? |
A: Qantas - sentimental attachment and I love seeing the red roo at a foreign airport taking me home.
|
Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member? |
A: Don't chase points if you are spending money you would not otherwise have spent.
|
Q: Favourite thread on AFF? |
A: My favourite thread is an old one from 2014 - MS via Yellow card. During the previous 2 years you could load the CBA travel card via a credit card with it earning points. You would then take the money off the travel card and repay to the credit card to commence the cycle again. When you realise how many of us do MS [Manufactured Spending] and keep mum about it until it stops - then we brag. |
