Qantas Really Wants to Remind You It's the National Carrier
Qantas really, really wants you to know it's the Australian national carrier.

For some reason, Qantas CEO Alan Joyce has used the term "national carrier" at just about every opportunity when talking to the media in recent months. In fact, by our count, around two-thirds of Qantas media releases have included the "national carrier" line since March.

Q: Where did you go on your last trip?
A: UK & Europe visiting kids and attending a wedding in Spain.
 
Q: Where will you go when the current travel bans are lifted?
A: Back to Asia, and Vietnam in particular to visit Hanoi (for the 3rd time), Halong Bay, then down to Saigon and a cruise on the Mekong.
 
Q: Favourite airline?
A: Singapore Airlines. Their soft product is soooo good and not to mention the suites, The Private Room & the Krug.
 
Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member?
A: The combined knowledge is amazing and researching the archives while planning is priceless.
 
Q: Favourite thread on AFF?
A: SQ Tips, Trips and Tales - would never have discovered Suites & Krug without it!
