Q: Where did you go on your last trip? |
A: My last trip was a long weekend getaway to Hobart. I'd been once before but bad weather made me feel like I hadn't got the most out of the trip last time. This time I rented a car and the weather was great so I went up Mount Wellington for the amazing view and did a scenic road trip to historic Port Arthur.

Q: Where will you go when the current travel bans are lifted? |
A: Once the bans are lifted I'll definitely be heading over to Perth to catch up with my parents and brothers. I unfortunately had to miss my parents' 40th wedding anniversary due to the travel bans and them having to cancel the celebrations, so I'm keen to have a visit and make it up to them.

Q: Favourite airline? |
A: Singapore Airlines. They always have a consistently great soft and hard product, no matter which class you're travelling in. Having multiple flights a day to most major Aussie cities paired with an extensive network through Asia and Europe has been very handy for me and transiting through Singapore Changi airport is always a breeze. Plus I love having a stopover in Singapore, it's a wonderful city to explore.

Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member? |
A: There's a lot of great info on AFF about software tools that can really make your life so much easier when planning out a trip. My personal favourite is TripIt which I've found to be invaluable if you're keeping track of a long, complex trip with lots of flights, hotels, cars etc.

Q: Favourite thread on AFF? |
A: The Virgin Australia - Promo Codes (ongoing) thread has saved me so much money over the years. I've almost always found a code somewhere in there that has worked and knocked a bit off the ticket price when I'm travelling domestically. It's a great resource.
