New Podcast Episode: British Airways Executive Club (AIR025)
Alliance-Wide Upgrades Coming to Oneworld?
You may soon be able to upgrade with your Qantas Frequent Flyer points on all Oneworld airline flights, including with Qatar Airways, Japan Airlines, British Airways and American Airlines.

The Oneworld alliance is currently working on a new "upgrade award" system that would allow frequent flyers with any Oneworld airline to upgrade on flights across the entire alliance. This would open many more opportunities to redeem your Qantas points for upgrades. But there are also some concerns that this could lead to even more competition for upgrades on Qantas flights.

Hill Forts of Rajasthan
Trip report by RooFlyer | I've been to India a couple of times, and enjoyed it more than I expected. Both were private tours - the first was the 'Golden triangle' (Delhi-Jaipur-Agra), mainly thanks to AFF with a fantastic private guide recommended by @jogen; the next to Mumbai and the Elora and Adjanta 'caves' (temples). read more...

Trip report by JessicaTam | So I am going to try something a little different for this trip. I am still taking my camera which will be my main source of picture taking; however I will be more vigilant with my phone, and use that to capture the 'best bits' of a flight or location. read more...
AFF Member Profile
This week, we interviewed AFF member Bazzi from the NSW Southern Highlands. Bazzi joined Australian Frequent Flyer in 2012 and has so far made 338 posts.

Q: Most recent trip?
A: We did a cruise to Alaska in Aug/Sep so we flew Jetstar to Honolulu in J; Hawaiian Airlines to Seattle, Delta to Chicago, American Airlines to DFW - all in Y; American Airlines to Honolulu in (appalling) J and Jetstar to Sydney in Y.

Q: What's still on your bucket list?
A: Jordan - I would like to see Petra, spend a night in Wadi Rum, float in the Dead Sea, meet the people and sample the local cuisine.

Q: What's one thing you would never travel overseas without?
A: My travel size feather pillow - that and my swimming costume are always in my cabin baggage - could not envisage trying to replace either mid trip should my luggage go astray.

Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to a new AFF member?
A: My advice would be to try and make it to at least one social event per year. They are great fun, I've met the loveliest people and it is great to finally put faces to the AFF handles.

Q: Favourite thread on AFF?
A: There are so many threads which have great information but I would choose the trip reports and The view from my "office" as they are a bit of escapism.
